Day 9

Do you ever wake up with a pit in your stomach? When you feel like this, take a moment to take a deep breathe. Don’t sit in bed for too long. Get up and get your day started.

I’ve really been into EFT lately. It keeps me so relaxed, and it helps me tune into the calm parts of myself. Try it out for yourself. It may seems silly, but trust me, it works.
